JIPM is committed to strengthening the accessibility and academic impact of its publications through systematic indexation in reputable databases. As an open-access journal, JIPM ensures that all published articles are freely accessible to a global readership, thereby enhancing knowledge dissemination in the field of infrastructure policy and management. At the international level, Google Scholar serves as JIPM’s primary indexing platform, which enables citation tracking and integration into scholarly communication networks worldwide. At the national level, JIPM is indexed in Garuda, Indonesia’s official national indexing system, which affirms the journal’s compliance with national standards for academic publishing and editorial management.

Over the past two years, JIPM has demonstrated consistent progress in expanding its indexation footprint through a gradual and structured process:

• In 2024, JIPM was indexed in Dimensions, Scilit, BASE (Bielefeld Academic Search Engine), and Europub.
• ⁠In 2025, JIPM achieved further coverage in Index Copernicus, OpenAlex, SciSpace, and IvySci.
