Indexing

JIPM is committed to strengthening the accessibility and academic impact of its publications through systematic indexation in reputable national and international databases. As an open-access journal, JIPM ensures that all published articles are freely accessible to a global readership in order to enhance knowledge dissemination in the field of infrastructure policy and management. At the international level, Google Scholar serves as JIPM’s primary indexing platform, which enables citation tracking and integration into scholarly communication networks worldwide. At the national level, JIPM is indexed in Garuda, Indonesia’s official national indexing system, which affirms the journal’s compliance with national standards for academic publishing and editorial management.

Over the past two years, JIPM has demonstrated consistent progress in expanding its indexation footprint through a gradual and structured process:

This expansion reflects JIPM’s continuous efforts to improve editorial quality, publication ethics, and metadata standards in line with international best practices. In addition, the journal is currently undergoing the application process for coverage in the Directory of Open Access Journals (DOAJ), a globally recognized index for high-quality open-access journals. The outcome of this application is expected in the first semester of 2026, which marks an important milestone in JIPM’s ongoing commitment to academic excellence, global readership, and international recognition.
