Submission Preparation Checklist
All submissions must meet the following requirements.
- The submission has not been previously published, nor is it before another journal for consideration (or an explanation has been provided in Comments to the Editor).
- The text adheres to the layout, stylistic, and bibliographic requirements outlined in the Author Guidelines.
- The manuscript strictly follows the Article Template.
- The manuscript is 3500-5000 words (research-based articles) or 2500-3000 words (conceptual papers) in length, excluding abstract and references.
- The manuscript applies in-text citation format with APA 7th edition style. The use of Mendeley referencing tool is highly recommended.
- References must consist of at least 15 journal articles published in the last 10 years.
- The similarity index is not more than 20%.
- The submission file is in Microsoft Word (*.doc or *.docx) file format.

All articles published in the Journal of Infrastructure Policy and Management (JIPM) are made available through Open Access. This means that, upon publication, the articles are free for anyone to read, download, copy, distribute, print, search, or link to the full texts, provided that proper attribution is given to the original authors and the source.
To ensure the widest possible dissemination and reuse, JIPM applies the Creative Commons Attribution-ShareAlike 4.0 International License (CC BY-SA 4.0). This license allows users to share and adapt the material for any purpose, even commercially, as long as appropriate credit is given to the creator.

As a condition of publication, authors agree to assign the copyright and/or grant the publishing rights of their articles to JIPM. Authors remain responsible for securing permission to reproduce copyrighted material from other sources (where necessary).
By submitting to and publishing with JIPM, authors agree to the following terms:
- Authors retain rights to deposit, disseminate, and reuse their work for scholarly purposes, provided that full acknowledgement of its initial publication in JIPM is given.
- Authors may enter into additional agreements for the distribution of the published version of their article (for example, in institutional repositories, personal websites, or subsequent books), with an acknowledgement of its initial publication in JIPM.
- Authors are permitted and encouraged to share their manuscripts online (e.g., in institutional repositories, preprint servers, or academic networks) after the publication, as this can facilitate scholarly exchange and enhance citation impact.
- Copyright Transfer Agreement for Publishing (CTAP)
When a manuscript is accepted for publication, the copyright of the article (publishing right) shall be assigned and transferred to the publisher of JIPM. Authors will be required to complete and sign the Copyright Transfer Agreement for Publishing (CTAP) form, which is available [here].
The Editorial Board makes every effort to ensure the accuracy and integrity of published content. Nevertheless, the full responsibility for the content of each article rests with the respective author(s). Opinions, statements, and data published in JIPM do not necessarily reflect the views of the Editors, the Board, or the publisher.
Although copyright is transferred to the publisher for purposes of publication and dissemination, authors retain substantial scholarly rights, including but not limited to those specified in Section 2 above.
